On Sunday morning, the organizers of the Glenlore Trails light show in Commerce Township reported that a group of individuals had reportedly destroyed and stolen things from the property.

They are now asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals responsible for these acts.

The organizers stated in a statement that they made on social media on Tuesday that they are collaborating with the authorities and that they have provided various video feeds that caught the group.

“It is quite discouraging when your little business is the victim of theft and damage. In the statement, the organizers stated that their team “spends countless hours fighting the elements to keep this community experience fully operational throughout the entire event.”

Throughout December, Glenlore Trails will be presenting its annual Aurora Winter Wonderland. Displays of light and sound are included in the immersive night walk experience.

The individuals are being requested to be contacted by law enforcement by anyone who recognizes them.
