Monique’s pain was palpable when she shared her fears withCBS News Miami: “I’m not sure if he’s alive or dead. I don’t know. Bobby Robbins, who suffers from dementia, as well as PTSD, depression, and psychosis, was last seen on October 15, 2024, at their residence on the 2200 block of Madison Street. He had been discharged from Memorial Regional Hospital two days prior to his disappearance. His state of mind at that time was deeply concerning, as Monique Robbins recalls a haunting last conversation in which he mentioned his intention to walk in front of a train: “He heard the train going by, and he was like, ‘Hold the dog.
