By 3 p.m., authorities confirmed that services were restored, allowing residents to once again use their mobile devices to contact emergency services.

Specifically, those without access to a landline phone were provided with alternate numbers to reach local police districts directly. These numbers spanned across various districts in Oahu, from Honolulu to Ewa-Waianae, ensuring that aid could still be solicited amidst the digital standstill.
