How to Make the Detroit Street Filling Station Burger Burger


1 Tempeh Burger Patty (Try The Brinery Burger Pattie, for retailers)

1 slice of violife just like cheddar

1 TBSP. warehouse

Cremini mushrooms, olives, Onions and poblano peppers (for grilled vegetables)

Lettuce, tomato and herb aioli *

Oat and wheat rolls

* Herbal aioli:

Vegan can

1 shallot, chopped

1 teaspoon. Overturn the parsley

1 teaspoon. Lemon juice

1 teaspoon. granulated garlic

Whisk all the ingredients together.


1 cup Worcestershire vegan sauce

1/2 cup of red wine vinegar

2 heaping tablespoons. Brown sugar

1/2 cup of chopped garlic

1/4 cup sunflower oil

1 TBSP. Onion powder

1 TBSP. black pepper

1/2 tbsp. Salt-

1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Whisk all the ingredients together.


Soak the Brinery Burger Pattie in the marinade for at least 12 hours. Remove the patties from the marinade and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees, then set aside to cool. Slice the onions, cremini mushrooms, poblano peppers and kalamata olives in a saucepan and fry them. Once done, toss with salt and pepper. Fry the patties for a few minutes on each side. Top with the grilled vegetable mix and a slice of vegan cheddar cheese. Inject about a tablespoon of stock into the pan. Cover and steam with beer until the cheese is completely melted. Grill the rolls and spread the herb aioli on the topmost disc. Add the burger with toppings and cheese; Top with tomato slices and lettuce. Enjoy!
