I-20 Eastbound Shut Down in Dekalb County After Semi-truck Crashes Into Construction Equipment

ATLANTA, Ga. (DDN) – On Tuesday, a semi-truck accident caused I-20 Eastbound in DeKalb County to be closed, resulting in one person being hurt.

The incident caused the closure of 1-20 east of Wesley Chapel Road to Panola Road. The interstate is open again.

The semi-truck on the side of the interstate was recorded by ANF’s First Alert Chopper.

According to the DeKalb County Police, the tractor-trailer crashed into some construction equipment.

According to the police, they needed to find a way to remove the truck from the construction area.
