Idaho Man Arrested and Slapped with Rape and Video Voyeurism Charges Arrested in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. (DDN) – An individual from Idaho was taken into custody in Spokane on allegations of rape and for allegedly recording his victim on tape.

Saturday’s arrest was the result of an investigation that was conducted by the Coeur d’Alene Police Department in conjunction with a number of other law enforcement organizations.

On February 7th, a warrant for the arrest of Frank Cunningham, who is 41 years old, was issued. Three counts of rape and three counts of video voyeurism have been brought against him. Cunningham is said to have chronicled the events that took place.

In the vicinity of S. Thor Street and E. Third Avenue in Spokane, Cunningham was taken into custody with the assistance of the United States Marshals Service.

It is common knowledge that Cunningham, who lives in Coeur d’Alene, is frequently seen in the Spokane region.

“The arrest of this suspect will help bring justice to the victim in this despicable crime.” It was stated by Brent Bunn, who is the United States Marshal for the District of Idaho.
