Indianapolis Officer Charged With Voyeurism, Misconduct for Secretly Filming Encounters While on Duty

After it was discovered that Shane Decker, an officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, had recorded sexual encounters without the women’s consent while on duty and in full uniform, he was charged with a number of felonies, including voyeurism and official misconduct.
