A pedestrian fatality occurred earlier today in northeast Charlotte after an individual was hit by a vehicle, prompting an investigation by local authorities. According to QC News, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police responded to reports of the incident around 5:30 a.m. near University City Blvd. and N. Tryon Street, where the pedestrian was found injured and subsequently pronounced dead at the scene.
