After receiving 9-1-1 calls regarding a disturbance involving a man brandishing an axe, authorities arrived on the scene.

Just before 1:15 p.m., officers Eric Smith and Alexandra Burns were the first to reach the scene and face Christopher Arons, the 52-year-old male who was involved in the altercation.
