Two people were arrested yesterday as a result of an operation by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office that focused on the Rocky Hill neighborhood of Knoxville. The 7000 block of Dogwood Drive, which has recently been plagued by events suggesting widespread drug use, was the site of the sweep.
