Life-threatening Injuries in Port Orange After Woman Struck in Multi-car Crash on Dunlawton Avenue

PORT ORANGE, Fla(DDN) – According to the police, a woman was critically injured in a multi-vehicle incident that occurred in Port Orange on Tuesday.

According to the authorities, the accident occurred at the intersection of Dunlawton Avenue and South Peninsula Drive at approximately 8 p.m.

The incident included a minimum of four automobiles. One of the drivers, a woman, was brought to Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach with life-threatening injuries.

She is in critical condition as of Wednesday morning. The police are trying to inform the next of kin, thus her identity has not been made public.

The Port Orange Police Department is requesting that anybody who may have witnessed the crash come forward.
