Life-threatening Injuries Reported in Stafford Snowmobile Crash, Victim Airlifted to St. Francis Hospital

Stafford (DDN) – On Wednesday afternoon, the state police reported that they had reacted to a serious snowmobile collision.

According to the Connecticut State Police, troopers responded to a complaint regarding a person who had been involved in a snowmobile accident on Old Springfield Road in Stafford to provide medical assistance.

According to the police, the individual had to be transported to St. Francis Hospital in Hartford by a LifeStar helicopter due to the seriousness of their injuries.

Joseph Lorenzetti, the fire chief of Stafford, stated that the injuries sustained by the victim were life-threatening.
