Following a fast-paced pursuit, Livermore Police arrested two suspected thieves last Thursday with assistance from the Dublin Police Services and the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office. The suspects allegedly took a number of expensive fragrances from Ulta Beauty on West Jack London Boulevard before driving off in a green Acura car, according to a social media post from the Liverpool Police Department.

The event was promptly reported to the local Dublin Police Services via Livermore Police Dispatch. Deputies found the suspect car and attempted an initiatory traffic stop in less than 20 minutes. Dublin Police Services’ help in putting an end to the chase and capturing the perpetrators was acknowledged by Livermore Police Department.
The suspects left their car after the crash and tried to escape on foot, but they were apprehended by police officers not long after. The two have been identified as Mark Anderson, 38, of San Francisco, and Dquanzie Blackmon, 31, of Richmond. Both people are currently being charged with organized retail theft. After being found, the pilfered goods were given back to Ulta Beauty.
