In a distressing act of violence, a Metro bus driver in East Hollywood was critically injured after being shot in what authorities are investigating as a domestic dispute. According toFOX LA, the incident took place around 7:30 a.m. on the 1600 block of N. Vermont Avenue, as confirmed by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The victim was on her break and had rendezvoused with the suspect, identified as 45-year-old Dorian Holt, her ex-boyfriend when she was shot in the face, asNBC Los Angelesreported. Following the shooting, Holt fled the scene on foot and remains at large. He was reportedly wearing a black sweatshirt, dark pants, and a black baseball cap with a white LA logo at the time of the attack.
