Maine Woman Killed in Tragic Crash in Oakland

OAKLAND, Maine — Police say a Maine woman was ejected from her vehicle and died following a crash in Oakland on Saturday.

The crash happened around 11:15 p.m. on Kennedy Memorial Drive at the town line between Oakland and Waterville.

The Oakland Police Department says a Mazda sedan driven by 48-year-old Katherine Bouchard of Winslow went off the road and crashed, causing Bouchard to be ejected from the car.

Bouchard died at the scene. No one else was in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
