Last night in the Jeff-Vander-Lou area, a man was sitting in his car on the 2800 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. when he was grazed by gunshot. The 45-year-old victim was shot by an unidentified shooter as he was in his vehicle, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
