A female victim found her commute on the Manhattan subway turned sharply distressing when an unidentified man allegedly sexually assaulted her. The incident took place aboard a northbound “6” train as it approached the 86th Street station, according to the NYPD’s 19th Precinct. At approximately 12:10 p.m. on Monday, the individual reportedly pressed his groin area into the victim’s face.

Authorities are currently seeking this person of interest, whose brazen disregard for the victim’s autonomy and personal space has prompted them to offer a reward for any information. The NYPD has announced a reward of up to $3,500 for tips that could help apprehend the suspect.
