Memphis High School Football Teams Soar into TSSAA Semifinals

Four high school football teams from the Memphis region have advanced to the semifinals of the TSSAA state tournament. According to Action News 5, Houston High School defeated Collierville 33–14 and will now play unbeaten Ravenwood.

In order to become the first Shelby County team to win consecutive championships, the Houston Mustangs must defeat Ravenwood the following week. According to Local Memphis, the Fairley Bulldogs, who are undefeated at 12-0, upset MBA 48-18 and will meet Milan in a much-anticipated quarterfinal.
