MERRILLVILLE, Ind. (DDN) – On Tuesday morning in Merrillville, Indiana, a plow truck struck and severely injured an employee of Aldi. The employee is currently in critical condition.
At approximately 8:13 in the morning, Merrillville police officers were dispatched to Aldi, which is situated at 10 W. Lincoln Highway, in response to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian.
A guy who had been struck by a plow truck was discovered by the authorities as soon as they arrived. The victim was treated by paramedics directly at the scene, and then she was brought to a nearby hospital, where she was reportedly recorded as being in critical condition, as reported by the police.
An employee of Aldi was hurt by a snowplow in the parking lot at 10 81st Avenue in Merrillville, Indiana this morning, according to a statement released by a spokesperson for the company. “We are deeply saddened to confirm that this happened,” the spokesperson added.
