Metairie Woman Sentenced to 7 Years for Probation Violation in Case Involving Illicit Relationship With Minor

Crystal Coleman, 41, was given a seven-year jail sentence by a Jefferson Parish judge for breaking her probation. Coleman had already entered a guilty plea to charges involving an inappropriate interaction with a youngster who was 15 years old. She went to St. Tammany Parish to try to meet the teen, even though she was not allowed to contact him, according to court documents.
