A 14-year-old was critically hurt in a gunshot on Milwaukee’s northwest side, and an 18-year-old is now in custody, authorities say.
The gunshot happened around 9:14 p.m. yesterday between 21st and Concordia, according to CBS 58. The adolescent’s condition demanded emergency hospitalization for significant injuries, highlighting a pattern of teenage violence in the town.
Following the event, Milwaukee police officers responded and quickly captured an 18-year-old suspect in the shooting; charges are presently pending while the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office investigates.
