Mobile ice pop truck coming to Detroit

A dessert food truck, Frios Gourmet Pops, will be rolling through Detroit in June.

The truck is in the final stages of construction, and owner Karen Hudson, co-owner of the Detroit Mini Donut, is a huge fan of Ice Pop, according to a report in the Detroit Free Press.

“I’ve been looking for something to add to my life, and I’m an advocate of quality products because somehow everyone knows me for what I’ve already done. I tried the Frios product and was just blown away,” she said the news agency.

The Ice Pop menu includes a variety of flavors, from birthday cakes to blue raspberries, and features no sugar pops, gluten-free choices, and vegan, nut-free, wheat-free, soy-free, and dairy-free pops.
