Monroe Police Department has confirmed the arrest of a registered sex offender after he was found with a missing teenager in Monroe yesterday afternoon. As per reports from

, Stephen Miller, 45, was taken into custody when detectives located the missing girl, aged 14, in his car. The teen had been reported missing since October 31 from West Windsor Street.
Miller faces several charges, including felonious restraint, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and traffic violations. The Union County Sheriff’s Office has also charged him with failure to change address, a requirement for registered sex offenders. Although Miller is currently being processed at the Union County Detention Center, the conditions of his release have not yet been determined, as conveyed by
