Roger Morales, known by aliases such as “Crazy,” “Ciclon,” and “Cyclone,” has been indicted for the June 5, 2011 murder in-aid-of racketeering of Norman Mizzell, a crime rooted in gang retribution after a dispute over a burglary, he was detained pending trial, and U.S. Attorney Breon Peace, alongside law enforcement partners from the FBI and NYPD, has highlighted the joint commitment to hold gang members accountable regardless of the time elapsed since the crime was committed.
