DDN – Multiple vehicles have been involved in a collision that occurred on Interstate 70 in Cumberland County, and the Illinois State Police are currently heading to the scene.
I-70 eastbound in Cumberland County is temporarily closed, and traffic is being rerouted to Route 40 in the United States of America, as reported by the State Police.
Around 1:30 in the afternoon, the collision took place close to milepost 124.
In addition, the State Police stated that there were “multiple traffic crashes” that were reported, both of which involved multiple units.
