The arrests occurred on November 20 as part of a coordinated operation to capture those who were indicted but were still on the loose.
The Eagle Tail Ron Tointigh, 21, has been charged with assault by strangling and causing significant bodily injury in connection with a domestic incident that took place on August 11. Maurissa Marie Edwards, 34, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon in connection with a stabbing incident that occurred on February 6. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona, 29-year-old Donovan Wayne Declay is charged with two counts of sexual abuse and one count of aggravated sexual abuse in connection with the sexual assault of a family member on December 24, 2022. Anthony Church, the assistant U.S. attorney, is in charge of the FBI’s investigations.
