Newborns Abandoned in Separate Incidents on Northeast Side, San Antonio Police Investigating

According to San Antonio police, a mother gave birth on a Northeast Side path on Tuesday and then left her baby behind. According to KSAT, the infant was found by a bystander close to the 1900 block of Austin Highway before 4 p.m.
