Upon realizing his windfall, the man told

Despite the routine hope with each ticket purchase, the reality of such a significant win was hard to grasp for the couple.
The lottery winner opted for a one-time lump-sum payment of approximately $693,000, according to information from

“Winning is an unbelievable and emotional experience,” the victor articulated in a statement obtained by

He expressed relief at the prospect of reduced labor, acknowledging the win as “a major relief.” Meanwhile, The Michigan Lottery notes that since the game’s August inception, players have won more than $11 million with Million Dollar Madness.
