The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Flood Watch for much of Oklahoma, including Oklahoma County, and parts of northern Texas. The watch is in effect from Sunday evening through Monday afternoon. Heavy rainfall is expected, which may lead to flooding in rivers, creeks, streams, and low-lying areas. The heaviest rainfall is forecast to occur between midnight and 9 am on Monday, which could lead to flooding.
