A serious six-vehicle incident in Ontario killed one person and hospitalized two more.
Officers from the Ontario Authorities Department responded to reports of a fatal collision at the junction of Holt Boulevard and Mountain Avenue at about 9:31 a.m., according to authorities.
Details are scarce, and it is unknown how the incident occurred, but surveillance cameras at a nearby company filmed a section of the horrific crash, which shows two automobiles colliding, one with two wheels off the road.

Medical personnel rushed one of the victims to a local hospital, where they died from their injuries.
Police reported that two more people were treated with non-life-threatening injuries.
There was no information supplied about the victims’ ages or genders, and it is unclear which car the deceased motorist was driving. Authorities tell KTLA that they have video of the crash but are not sharing it at this time.
The intersection of Holt Boulevard and Mountain Avenue was closed for many hours while authorities investigated the cause of the incident and personnel cleared the area. The area has since been reopened to cars.
Alcohol and/or narcotics do not appear to be a factor in the crash, according to police, and no arrests have been made.
