In their search efforts, law enforcement authorities are also trying to locate 31-year-old Peguy Sikadi, believed to possibly be with the missing child. The relationship between Sikadi and Carter, however, has not been clarified by the police. The police have not provided details on Sikadi’s physical appearance or the nature of their concern in connection with the missing child. The
