A woman was injured in a shooting in Mount Pleasant, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. The 33-year-old victim was shot while walking in the 4400 block of Alaska around 1 p.m. yesterday.  The woman told police she heard a gunshot from behind before feeling pain and realizing she had been shot.
