Philadelphia Champions Ethical Governance with Annual Integrity Week Featuring Panels and Trainings

The City of Philadelphia’s Office of the Chief Integrity Officer is set to host its annual Integrity Week, with events designed to bring ethics and transparency conversations directly to city employees and officers from November 18 through the 22. The official events feature interactive panels, ethics training, and ceremonies to promote and celebrate integrity within city operations.

Kicking off the week, city staff are invited to the “Integrity Tea and Coffeehouse Chat” on Monday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Innovation Lab on the MSB’s 16th Floor, according to the

An interactive panel discussion will take place with the Inspector General and Chief Integrity Officer, the discussions will touch on areas such as investigations and the importance of transparency in city governance, guests can also enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and treats. Continuing on Tuesday, the Chief Integrity Office team will be extending outreach efforts, available for meet and greets at One Parkway in the morning and at MSB in the afternoon.

. The topic shifts to the approaching holiday season as official events continue into Thursday. There’s a “Holiday Gifts Training” session aimed at helping city officials navigate the intricacies of gift-giving rules and policies. This training, facilitated by the Board of Ethics and Chief Integrity Office, is conveniently offered via Zoom.
