Rosa was last seen in the early hours of last Monday, near her residence on the 6500 block of Torresdale Avenue, according to information shared by the Philadelphia Police on theirofficial blotter.

Rosa’s physical description lists her as being 5’4″ tall, with a weight of about 140 pounds, brown eyes, and black hair. She was wearing black pants, a beige top, and Crocs at the time of her disappearance.
