, Phoenix Police responded to the scene near 43rd Avenue and McDowell Road around 1:40 a.m. “When officers arrived, they found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.” The victims’ injuries were non-life-threatening, and they were quickly taken to the hospital.

The suspect, 28-year-old Luis Lopez Gutierrez, fled before officers arrived.
