BUENA PARK, Cali. (DDN) – Authorities have reported that a crash on the 91 Freeway in Buena Park resulted in the deaths of at least three people on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on the eastbound lanes of the 91 near Valley View Street at 3:53 a.m.
After a single-vehicle crash, a pickup truck with three people inside was disabled on the eastbound lanes. The vehicle possibly spun out, the CHP added.
According to officials, the truck was immobilized in the center of the lanes when it was hit by a tractor-truck.
All three individuals inside the pickup truck were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that all lanes of the 91 Freeway were reopened by 9:09 a.m. after being closed for many hours.
No other information, including the names of the victims, was released right away. At 9:30 a.m., it was still uncertain if the incident was caused by speed or rain.
