The Port of San Diego’s solar-powered microgrid at the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT) serves as a showcase for sustainability initiatives. The microgrid project received the Facility and Infrastructure Development Award in the Excellence in Studies, Plans, and Designs category from the AAPA Lighthouse Awards, which honor outstanding programs and projects in the port sector each year.
