A tragic accident at a construction site in Putnam County on Wednesday afternoon resulted in the death of 41-year-old Joseph Kyle Lesko. Lesko, a local resident, was working on the roof of a new home on Maxwell Road when one of the roof trusses collapsed, causing a chain reaction that led to more than 20 trusses falling and trapping him underneath, according to a statement obtained by
