The relative calm of the wind will shift to a southwest direction after midnight, accompanying the likely precipitation. Veterans Day is also expected to bring chances of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before noon, but residents might see the skies partially clear up as the day progresses, with temperatures rising to a high near 74 degrees. The outlook for tomorrow night is much clearer, forecasting mostly clear skies and a low around 51 degrees.

The clearer skies are a welcome break as Tuesday’s outlook promises sunny weather with temperatures peaking near 65 degrees and a north wind blowing at 6 to 8 mph. This pattern of sunny weather is anticipated to continue into Wednesday, with the National Weather Service predicting a high near 60 degrees. As the week progresses, Raleigh’s weather appears to maintain its mild pattern with daytime highs in the low to mid-60s and nighttime lows in the mid-40s. Specifically, Thursday is projected to be partly sunny with a high near 63, while Friday will likely usher in full sunshine and a high nearing 66 degrees. Saturday will also see sunny conditions with the temperature expected to climb up to around 69 degrees.
