The welfare check which was executed at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Friday by Westminster Officers revealed a grim scene as the woman was found deceased and initial evidence pointed towards a homicide, her identity has not been released and details regarding the way she was killed have not been made public, this information was provided in a statement by the Westminster Police Department and echoed by the reports from local news outlets.
