Road Rage in Riverdale Leads to Woman’s Arrest for Alleged Robbery at Habit Burger Drive-Thru

At a Habit Burger Grill drive-thru in Riverdale, a recent road rage incident turned into a heist. Kay Conde, 34, was taken into custody Wednesday after a confrontation that began on northbound Interstate 15 in Ogden, according to FOX13. After the argument erupted into the drive-thru lane, Conde confronted another motorist and stole money from their lap before leaving.

According to KSLTV, the victim, who was driving with two kids in her Tesla and had a 360-degree camera installed, captured Conde’s car tailgating at a “dangerous” distance and performing many erratic movements. Authorities were able to readily trace the event that started on the highway thanks to the system’s sophisticated technology.

The clear footage from the Tesla’s cameras and additional surveillance from the scene of the dispute helped law officials identify Kay Marlene Scharff Conde, according to KUTV. On Tuesday, the final videos were taken close to 800 West and Riverdale Road.

Conde is currently being charged with aggressive driving and robbery. After law authorities examined the recorded evidence of the incident, Conde was charged thanks in large part to the video from next to the Tesla’s long-lasting battery, which captured the events. The exchange’s story was clear from a variety of perspectives, enabling authorities to quickly make an arrest for the sake of justice and public safety.
