Kay Conde, 34, was taken into custody Wednesday after a confrontation that began on northbound Interstate 15 in Ogden, according to FOX13. After the argument erupted into the drive-thru lane, Conde confronted another motorist and stole money from their lap before leaving.
According to KSLTV, the victim, who was driving with two kids in her Tesla and had a 360-degree camera installed, captured Conde’s car tailgating at a “dangerous” distance and performing many erratic movements.
