The Middleborough Fire Department received a complaint about a rolled-over dump truck on Interstate 495 early on Friday morning. The incident happened northbound, just south of Exit 12, at approximately 5:12 a.m., according to a statement that John Guilfoil Public Relations was able to get. In the right and breakdown lanes, the firefighters discovered a 10-wheel dump truck pulling a trailer with two asphalt rollers on its side.
