The opening of ROSEN USA’s substantially expanded building, which is more than just an ordinary office space, has significantly improved Gahanna’s business environment. The $23 million investment at 1195 Technology Drive adds an astonishing 45,455 square feet for shop and office use, according to a statement released by the City of Gahanna. This is expected to boost the company’s operational efficiency by an astounding 400%.
Erik Cornelissen, CEO of the Rosen Group, made it clear in a statement posted on the City of Gahanna’s official website that this expansion means more than just gaudy figures. He said, “I am proud to announce the expansion of our facility, marking a significant milestone in the strategic expansion of our business, and that’s no empty talk, because it spells out more jobs and an enriched local economy, with plans to boost their workforce by more than half over the coming years, which means job seekers might want to polish their resumes.”
At the Gahanna location, ROSEN USA is now occupying 68 persons. However, they plan to hire about 35 additional people soon, and they’re not far from the talent that’s swarming from the local schools and institutions. “This expansion is a true testament to the strong partnership between Rosen USA and the City of Gahanna,” Mayor Laurie Jadwin said during the celebration, expressing confidence that Gahanna is more than simply a place on the map but a place where global businesses envision their future.
