, Hailey Pruitt and Lauren Beckham from Mixtli, proudly accepted the 2024 Service Award for their exceptional work in hospitality. Mixtli stood out not only for the star but as an establishment, with both the sommelier and bar director achieving outstanding service recognition. A myriad of other San Antonio-based establishments—such as Cullum’s Attaboy, The Jerk Shack, and Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery—also cut the Bib Gourmand distinction.

The Michelin Guide’s selection for San Antonio spans a wide array of cuisines and dining experiences. According to

, additional restaurants in the Bib Gourmand category include Burnt Bean Co. and Ladino. Furthermore, seven local restaurants have been selected for inclusion in the Michelin Guide, such as Nicosi and Signature, both applauded for their culinary excellence.
