Amidst the commotion, the Minneapolis Police emphasized the efficacy of the Late Night Safety Plan in rapidly deploying officers to respond to the nightclub shootings, noting the importance of having sufficient numbers of police available in key nightlife districts. “Responding urgently to chaotic incidents like latest shooting inside Tantrum nightclub and the shooting at Vanquish nightclub two weeks ago requires a large and immediate police response,” Chief O Hara said, praising the officers’ courage and professionalism in a statement obtained byofficial sources.
