SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Cali. (DDN) – According to the California Highway Patrol, emergency services responded to a fatal automobile accident that occurred in Carmichael on Saturday afternoon. The accident resulted in the death of one individual.
According to the officials, the incident took place at approximately 3:30 p.m. on the intersection of Madison and Manzanita Avenues.
According to the officers, the collision took place when the sedan ran the red light, in which case the van crashed with the left side of the sedan. The driver of the vehicle, who was described as a guy in his thirties, reportedly sustained fatal injuries, according to the officials.

A man in his twenties was identified as the driver of the van, and he was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
