Craft, which had a huge hit with the pandemic, will keep its name and decor, but will add a wraparound outdoor deck and small outdoor play area.

“March 17th, 2020 was a big day for us as it uncovered a really big flaw in our Craft, A Modern Drinkery business,” said the co-owner Travis Miller. “Since 2019 we’ve relied heavily on beer events and food trucks to get our business going and drive traffic to our bar with a focus on craft beer. Within 24 hours we went from 3,000 to 4,000 days to 50 to 100 days. “

So what can we expect from the new pizzeria? In addition to the rectangular pizzas, Transplant also includes pasta, salads, a fried chicken sandwich, and a cheeseburger.

Hmm … a few noises from next door to Craft? What could it be ??? Great things are coming, stay tuned! …

“This will be a nod to Detroit style pizza, but will have a familiar twist from our other restaurants. Serial Grillers, Toro Loco, and Boulevard BBQ, ”Miller said. “We like to refer to the concept as ‘Born in Tucson, Inspired by Detroit’.”
