According to Serene’s developers, Swaback Architects are helming the architectural design while Est Est Inc. is responsible for the interior aesthetics. Mike Domer of Launch Powered by Compass, a partner in the project, is handling all sales activities. Details released showcase that the homes will range in size from 2,825 to 3,730 square feet, nestled on lots varying between 12,000 and 18,000 square feet.
