Stillwater Dentist Accused of Horrific Sexual Assaults and Child Exploitation; Police Reveal Expanded Case Against Cody Allen Stolfa

The Payne County District Attorney’s Office is currently dealing with a significant case against Cody Allen Stolfa, who is accused of a number of crimes, including sexual assault and child exploitation, in response to a troubling report from the Stillwater Police Department. Stolfa, 35, was arrested earlier this year on accusations of forcible sodomy involving an unconscious dental surgery patient, and he is still being held at the Payne County Jail.

Stolfa is now facing numerous accusations from the Stillwater Police, which is a concerning discovery. Ten charges of sexual battery, five charges of forced sodomy, six charges of child exploitation, four charges of covert filming, two charges of sodomy involving a victim who is younger than sixteen, and one charge of obscene actions against a minor are among them. Since a 2021 video surfaced, establishing the timing of these attacks between June and September of that year, the probe has been growing, fueled by FBI-found material on the black web.

All of the reported events occurred at Central Oklahoma Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Stillwater, where Stolfa was employed at the time of the alleged offenses. The 15 recently identified victims have been notified by officers of the results and the ensuing legal proceedings. According to the police’s official statement, the FBI’s cooperation and thorough investigative work were the main reasons the gathered material made it to the authorities.

This instance serves as a sobering reminder of the weaknesses in supposedly secure environments and the occasional need to put our faith in people whose motives may contradict the professional vows they have previously taken. Stolfa, who was first taken into custody at his Stillwater home on July 10, 2024, is presently awaiting the outcome of the judicial proceedings. The Stillwater Police can be contacted at (405) 742-8211 and invite anyone with additional information to come forward.
