Suspects Wanted in a Multi-location Walmart Stealing Incident

Authorities in the area are searching for two people who stole a large amount of valuable items from Walmart stores in the state.

The Bryant Police Department recently shared on social media that they believe this issue is occurring in multiple states. They also mentioned that they are aware of at least two stores in Arkansas that these shoplifters have recently targeted.

The video footage from the Bryant Walmart revealed two males finding box fans, removing the fan, and then placing other products in the boxes to conceal the stolen items as they left the store. This incident occurred after the police got calls regarding individuals who were suspected of shoplifting at the Bryant Walmart.

They were also able to identify the vehicle that the suspects were driving and communicate this information to other law enforcement authorities through the footage.

According to the Bryant Police Department, the suspects were able to make it to Clark County, where they were involved in a pursuit that resulted in them leaving their vehicle with the things behind a certain residence.

In collaboration with law enforcement agencies from Malvern, Arkadelphia, and Clark County, the Bryant Police Department was able to recover over 130 items with a combined value of $10,000. The majority of the items that were taken were electric razors. During this shoplifting spree, they do suspect that more than just two stores were affected by the thefts.

The reasons why the general public should not take shoplifting lightly were discussed by Sergeant Todd Crowson. “You are familiar with a great number of people. They are going to come across a story like this, and they could even find themselves laughing about it and thinking that it was quite inventive.

However, what they fail to comprehend is the fact that when individuals take materials in such a manner. stuff that are really expensive, and then the customers that come in who are legitimate and are purchasing stuff, and then they begin to observe how the prices of the products are increasing. According to Todd Crowson, the Public Information Officer for the Bryant Police Department, this is the reason why many of these fees have increased.

In addition to advising individuals to never approach a suspect directly, officials encourage anyone who may have information to come forward and share it.

“I have no doubt that there is someone who is aware of something concerning this. Without a shadow of a question about that. And if you go ahead and do it, you will be doing the proper thing. “Even if you do not get in touch with us, you should get in touch with the law enforcement agency in your area, let them know what is going on, and together we will make an effort to remove these individuals from the streets,” Crowson added.

In spite of the fact that the investigation is still ongoing, the suspects have not been taken into custody.
